CANCELLATION POLICIES:


If you need to cancel/reschedule any appointment, please contact the Salon at least 24 hours in advance of your cancellation. Failure to contact the Salon with proper advanced notice may result in a LATE-CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE.

LATE-CANCELLATION/NO SHOW FEE(s):
Any client who fails to provide proper advanced notice of a cancellation for an appointment may be charged a LATE-CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE.
​The LATE-CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE(s) are as follows:
  • First Late-Cancellation/No-Show:  No Fee​
  • Subsequent Late-Cancellation(s)/No-Show(s):  100% of the appointment cost(s)

Any LATE-CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE(s) will be charged prior to the booking of your next appointment.

LATE-ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS:
If you anticipate arriving late for any appointment, you are asked to contact the Salon as soon as you can.

If you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
LATE-CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE(s) may be applied at the discretion of the Salon Management.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
In the event that you miss or are late for three (3) consecutive appointments with or without contacting the Salon, you will be unable to schedule any future appointments without first prepaying for your services.
